Target group: | Primarily for students of economics, the faculty of law and international relations at the TU Dresden, but also open to students of all faculties. |
Contents: | - Different types of contracts with their specific means of expression. - Interesting case law from Latin America on environmental law and human rights. - Reading and editing specialist texts. - Preparation for a study visit or a placement abroad in Spain or Latin America. - Improving language skills and expanding specialist vocabulary. - Additional media for independent work on and with texts and audio texts. |

Qualification goals: | The students have the ability to study independently and produce work-related written and oral communication in Spanish at level B2+ of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. This course teaches basic concepts of Spanish legal language and gives an insight into the Spanish and Latin American legal systems. Using authentic examples, students learn to understand legal texts correctly and to express themselves on legal issues. |
