Qualification goals: | The students are able to study independently and produce work-related oral communication in German at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The students can understand complex scientific and job-related specialist texts that are presented orally, express themselves clearly and fluently in detail and using complex linguistic structures as well as an extensive general and specialist vocabulary on topics in their specialist area, follow and participate in complex interactions in discussions, even with abstract and complex topics , use language flexibly and effectively for the expression of inauthenticity such as irony, allusions, metaphors, deal effectively with communication and cultural problems. The aim of the course is to improve writing skills. It is about text type characteristics, style, and grammatical and other linguistic phenomena. During the semester, you work on your own writing productions, which promotes and continuously optimizes your own technical language skills. |
