Qualification goals: | This course focuses on the manager operating outside the domestic market in an era of rapid international change. We examine the importance of cultural differences and the challenges of working with and managing people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
The course then explores the functional aspects and approaches of international management regarding foreign environments and operations using a case study approach. |
